A clean surface and complete drying are just as important as the print. Follow the decal instructions supplied with your order and test the process on a spare piece first.

Cut close to the artwork, soak the decal as instructed, slide it onto the suitable ceramic surface, and use a soft tool to remove excess water and air. Let the decal dry completely before firing.

Common application mistakes

Dust, grease, trapped bubbles, tight folds and firing before the film is dry can affect the result. Work on a clean surface, handle the film gently and test the process on a spare piece when possible.
